This Cookie Policy explains how https://zlozariniushonox.world (the “Site”) uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixel tags (“cookies”). It should be read with our Privacy Policy. We comply with transparency expectations under the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) and, where relevant, the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive requirements as implemented in EU/EEA member states.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser, store preferences, maintain security sessions, and—if you consent—measure usage or support advertising. Similar technologies include HTML5 local storage keys that persist consent choices on your device only.

2. How we obtain consent

When you first visit the Site, a banner offers Accept all, Reject (non-essential off), and Cookie settings where you can enable or disable analytics and marketing individually. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our interface because they are essential. Your choices are stored in localStorage under the key referenced by our script as tdde_cookie_prefs (versioned JSON including timestamps). You may reopen settings from the banner when it appears for new visitors, or by clearing storage and reloading; we may add a persistent footer link in future updates.

For GDPR jurisdictions, non-essential cookies and similar tracking require prior consent except where strictly necessary. Rejecting optional categories prevents our script from enabling those features; partners must not drop non-essential cookies before consent.

3. Categories of cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies and storage items are required for core functionality: security, load balancing, consent storage, and form integrity where implemented. They do not require consent under ePrivacy implementations that exempt strictly necessary storage.

3.2 Analytics

If you enable analytics, we or our partners may collect aggregated statistics about page views, referrers, device types, and approximate geography. The purpose is to improve content structure, detect broken links, and measure campaign performance at an aggregate level. Analytics identifiers may be considered personal data when combined with other data; we minimise collection and retention.

3.3 Marketing

If you enable marketing, partners may set cookies or pixels to attribute visits to campaigns, build audience lists, or measure ad conversions. You may see personalised or contextual advertising depending on platform rules and your own account settings with those platforms.

4. Cookie and storage inventory (representative)

Exact names may change with software updates; this table reflects typical items as of the effective date.

Name / key Type Category Purpose Duration
tdde_cookie_prefs localStorage Strictly necessary Stores versioned consent object (necessary, analytics, marketing flags, timestamp) Until cleared by user
Session identifier (if used) HTTP cookie / server session Strictly necessary Maintains secure session state during checkout if implemented Session or up to 24 hours
Analytics ID (example _ga style) HTTP cookie Analytics Distinguishes users for reporting (only if analytics toggled on) Up to 24 months per provider defaults, shortened where configured
Marketing pixel (example _fbp) HTTP cookie Marketing Attribution and audience measurement for ads (only if marketing toggled on) Per partner policy, commonly 90 days

If a category is rejected, associated tags should not initialise; if you notice otherwise, contact us so we can correct the deployment.

5. Third-party cookies

Third parties may include hosting/CDN providers, analytics vendors, advertising networks, and embedded video or map widgets if added. Each processes data under its own policy. We select vendors that offer data processing agreements where required and configure tags to respect consent states.

6. Browser controls

You can delete or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break Site features such as checkout or consent memory. Use our Cookie settings panel for granular control aligned with our implementation. Industry opt-out pages (for example, Your Online Choices in Europe or Network Advertising Initiative in the United States) provide additional advertising controls.

7. Do Not Track

There is no uniform legal standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals. We currently do not respond to DNT headers beyond applying consent choices you set in our banner where technically feasible.

8. Updates

We may update this Policy when we change technologies or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy regarding cookie practices where permitted.

9. Relationship to personal data rights

Cookie identifiers may be linked to you as an individual when combined with account or order data. In such cases, rights described in our Privacy Policy apply, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where legally available. Clearing cookies or local storage may not delete server-side logs immediately; contact us if you require formal erasure subject to legal retention duties.

10. Minimisation and retention review

We review cookie inventories at least annually and after major site releases. Expired or unused tags are removed. Retention for analytics and marketing cookies is configured to the shortest practical period compatible with measurement needs unless you renew consent.

11. Subprocessors and tag managers

If we deploy a tag management container, it acts as a technical relay: firing rules respect your consent category choices. Subprocessors that place cookies are required contractually to process data only on documented instructions and to assist with data subject requests.
